The SAU Application for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Huawei phones and tablets, Mac, and Apple Watch is now available in the AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery!

It takes a couple of seconds to sign up for SAU, and you only need an email address. You can sign up on the sau.app website or in applications for iOS and Android. Your account will be the same for every device. Just try! It is fast and simple.
Use your login (the same login for your email) and password to sign into SAU on any device and in any browser. You just need one account for all apps. Don't worry if you forgot your password. Recovery won't take more than a minute.
My profile is the one and only place where all your personal data, configurations, notification, and email settings are located. You can export all your task and project data in a single file from "My Profile."
All you need for your projects and tasks are on one screen. SAU has logical and useful interface blocks, such as Project Sidebar, a Tasks and Analytics area, and Cards.
The main screen or SAU start page is your private dashboard! Here you can see the most important, necessary, and motivational analytics and information.
Your project list is always ready to lend a hand. We tried to put in as much information without losing usability: project name, project type, and project analytics. You can notice problems in a project with just one glance.
Any user at any time can create a new project. It is enough for a project to have just a name. Give it a title and start to create your tasks.
You generate tasks, deals, or small things to do all the time! But we don't write down every task in a notebook or tracker. We rely on our memory or worry about it come task creation time. But wait! You need only a task name to create it in SAU. No other params. You can fill it later. Just make a task name and Add!
Share your project with friends who can support you. Share projects with your colleagues for productive teamwork. Share your holiday-plan-project with your family. Make a project team. Or you can keep your project private. No one can see it or its tasks.
To-do List is the most popular task view. It is very simple and so intuitive. All tasks are shown in one list where you can easily set your own order, mark tasks as done, change due dates, and change assignees.
The table view shows the maximum amount of info about tasks on one screen. Here, you can find the description, status or file count without opening the form. The table is a very useful view if you need to work with all task parameters simultaneously.
The Board view managed to prove itself as a convenient and clear instrument. It is an ideal fit for projects and tasks with straight statuses. For example, a simple grocery list can have statuses that say: To buy, Not in the shop, or Bought. The Board is that view where you can place tasks on different columns.
Statuses are states or stages or phases of your tasks in one project. Statuses are shown as columns in the Task Board. You can create any statuses in any quantity for any projects. Examples are in this chapter!
Lots of meetings or consultations? Need to plan your studies or training? Then you'd definitely need a calendar view. The Calendar makes it easy to see how busy each day is with tasks.
You can work on projects as a team, set tasks, create a workflow on the Board, or you can simply invite friends to support you on an important list of tasks.
You already know that signing up on SAU is very easy. But it's even easier to get the SAU account through an invitation. Add your friends, colleagues, family, and fellow students simply by email to any project. We will send an invitation letter, and the recipient will only have to come up with a password!
What will increase the project's success probability? Like-minded people! Invite friends and colleagues to your project by email. Build a team. Share your tasks with other members of the project team. There is no need to open a task form; just specify task assignee in the view.
The project team has an option to use a Chat for each task. Discuss the task, details of the implementation, or the conditions for a successful result. Share suggestions and then immediately transform the message into a task or checklist item. Chat will definitely increase your work productivity!
Sometimes it is enough to mark the task as Done! if it was completed. And sometimes it is a little more difficult ... We will tell you about all the options for the task's execution so that everything will be perfect!
Are you remembering to do your meditation in the evening? Have you forgotten to water the flowers again? Did you forget to fill out the weekly report? Then Tracker is what will definitely help you! Put all your recurring tasks in one project and SAU will remind you about them in time.
Files, links, and photos can be attached to tasks. It is very convenient to keep all attachments close at hand. If you already use Google Drive, DropBox, or One Drive, that's great! Let the files be where you are used to keeping them, and SAU provides the ability to select a link to a file in a file-cloud.
All files, links and photos that were attached to tasks can be viewed all on one screen - the "Project Library". The library has different views, a little statistics and filters by tasks
Indicators are all you need to find out whether this project or task has some problem or not. Indicators are built on the due dates of tasks and have 3 meanings:
Green is okay, the task is done.
Grey is normal, the task's due date is in the future, or it's empty.
Red is not good, the task is overdue.
For the project level, all these indicators are aggregated.

When you have a lot of projects, you need to have a system or logic to prioritize, categorize, and group them. That is why we create a color-coding feature. Create your own color meaning method for projects. The chosen color will be shown on the sidebar in your project row as a background of your project page and the color of the browser tab with this project. Don't want color? Choose an inspirational 🌆 picture!
We are convinced that project analysis is what brings meaning to task planning. Even if these are the simplest projects, they still deserve charts, graphs, and statistics. The whole project is on the dashboard at a glance.
This Dashboard was created especially for working with your project teams. You can easily see all statistics of tasks' execution and project realization dynamics. Important! The team dashboard is built only by projects you own.
We know how annoying notifications can be… A lot of emails and push messages on the phone. In SAU, you will find a fully customizable list of notifications that you want to receive. We care about you not being distracted.
Any project or task can be found by part of the name or description. The search will find the task even if it has been sent to the archive a long time ago
What is the difference between Archive and Bin?
If all the planned tasks were done in the project or list, then the project can be sent to the archive. You still can see archived project's tasks, and can always restore the project.
The project can be deleted to the bin only when it is no longer really needed or was created by mistake. You can return the project from the bin within a month
